We do not charge the customer any additional shipping costs beyond the original amount listed in the store.
The Cash on Delivery payment method requires an additional fee of 10% that you will have to pay at delivery. This fee will be added to your order total automatically and is required by our courier. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
5.Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to our dropshipping partners, allowing them and their customers to monitor the shipment's progress.
6.Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sensa Vogue is not responsible for delays due to customs.
7.Damages and Issues
In case of any damages or issues with the product received, customers should directly contact the dropshipping partner they purchased from. If necessary, the dropshipping partner may liaise with Sensa Vogue for resolution.
